In this article, Fiona Mathews, founder of Earth Champions Foundation highlights her work teaming up with Atlantis to make water cells and water tanks to capture and store rain water. For this project the registered charity works with LyondelBasell, the global polypropylene manufacturer, and Nextek, the recycling and ocean plastics experts to develop and deploy a scalable collection programme at beachside café’s in Australia’s Bondi beach area and the Northern beaches of Sydney.
