Adrienne Ng & Philippe Millieret: Treasure Island
In 1996, Adrienne Ng found that there were no opportunities for children to learn outdoors in Hong Kong. She launched Treasure Island, the pioneer outdoor and adventure education provider in Hong Kong. Treasure Island is dedicated to the development of knowledgeable, confident and caring your people through its commitment to adventure, community and the environment.
Currently, over 3000 youths experience the wonders and delights of outdoor education at Treasure Island camps annually. They challenged safely to self-discovery and growth, opening eyes and minds to nature, peers and the community.

Treasure Island was developed with the aspiration to teach students about the natural environment through camp life. Now, over a decade later, this passion lives on, and we are providing new opportunities for the discovery of self, others, the environment and sustainability through adventure and hands-on experience.
We are proud to announce the launch of the EcoAdventure Foundation, a registered charity dedicated to understanding and sustainable enjoyment of Nature though unforgettable educational experiences in the outdoors. EcoAdventure Foundation aims to be a showcase of sustainable technologies appropriate for the south-eastern Asian region.
Our education programs are constantly being revised, and we are proud to present:
- Outdoor IB Camp Curriculum
- A private, sustainability-oriented campsite, featuring a wind turbine (in association with EcoAdventure Foundation)
- EcoCamps, focussing on Hong Kong’s ecology and sustainabilit
- Expedition trips to locations in China and New Zealand for IB CAS and Youth Leadership training programs
